I love it. It's been a lifesaver. Before I got this I was using a hot water bottle and that’s not convenient to walk around in. This is small and fits under clothes so when wearing it no one can see it. It’s also very comfortable to wear. You almost forget that you're wearing it . The heat is also very generous so you can turn it up or down depending on your pain level. It’s also very portable so fits inside my bag very well . I have found that it really helps with pain relief. I couldn't recommend it enough.

It massages, heats up and you can use it for your back, go and get yourself one. Girlies, if you're struggling with period pains then this product is a life saver!

I almost didn’t order this menstrual cramp belt as I’m perimenopausal and thought I might not get much use out of it, but I’m so glad that I have it. My cramps are really bad for the first two days of my period and this wonderful belt has really helped. It’s like strapping a hot water bottle onto your tummy but it has the added benefit of being a massager too.There are three heat settings but I find that it’s really warm even on the lowest setting. The massager is good too, I tend to put this on in short bursts. The belt is adjustable and super-stretchy. I wish I’d had one of these years ago, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
